Lisa brings more than 20 years’ experience practicing yoga and seven years as a certified yoga instructor. She brings a depth of experience as a practitioner and instructor teaching Hatha, Restorative, Yin, and Vinyasa Flow yoga. Lisa specializes in teaching flexibility, strength, movement, balance, breath, and agility that is critical for any beginner or experienced golfer.
