Join me and my friend Ann Sadler, for a special summer evening offering -- a meditative stone mandala workshop outdoors at Stress Resources' office in Concord, MA on Wednesday, August 24 from 5:30-7:00 pm (raindate is Thursday, August 25)
The word "mandala" originates from the classical Indian language of Sanskrit. Loosely translated to mean “circle” (or circle with a center) a mandala is far more than a simple shape. It represents wholeness and can be seen as a model for the organizational structure of life – a reminder of our relation to the infinite, both the world that extends beyond and within our bodies and minds.
Painting mandala designs on stones is a simple step-by-step process that requires no skill in painting.
Refreshments and supplies will be provided.
This workshop is offered on a donation basis
Pre-Registration is required -- and participants must be fully vaccinated and boosted and masked for the workshop.
