Stress Resources is again offering a two-session MBSR Refresher on Wednesday, August 25 and September 1
We will review and renew your practice and add some tips to help navigate more consistency in meditation and mindfulness. Limited to 5 participants for individualized attention. The class will be held virtually via Zoom.
