Have you taken MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) with Stress Resources or another program in the past? Do you want a review and refresher on the concepts and practice in a small group setting?
Stress Resources will again offer a small group, two session refresher program for MBSR graduates via Zoom this fall. Group size is limited to 5 participants to allow for individual attention.
Sessions will be Wednesday evenings (7-9 pm EDT) September 23 & October 7
Tuition is $175 and includes: guided audio downloads, resources, reading list and text.
