Gratitude Journal Workshop (Virtual)

Gratitude journals can help us drop into mindfulness in new ways. Especially during times of uncertainty and disruption in our lives (think COVID-19) gratitude journaling has been a shown to increase happiness and decrease rumination. It can also increase noticing those often unappreciated "delights" that are found in our everyday.

Are you curious to try gratitude journaling and learn some tips and techniques to make it more enjoyable, sustainable and mindful? Join me for a Virtual Gratitude Journaling Workshop on Thursday August 27 from 3-5 pm EDT.

One of the keys to gratitude journaling is a portable, elegant notebook. For that reason, I am including a 192 page dotted paper notebook in your choice of color in the workshop fee. You will need to register by August 17 and email me your mailing address to receive your notebook before the workshop.
